To anyone reading these, the annual sites always look great, not because the staff does anything to maintain them, but we maintain our own. This past season was horrible for upkeep of the other sites. Location is great, love the people, but I guess because we do such a good job of maintenence, they have increased our annual fee by $1000.00 for next season!

When we checked into our rustic cabin it was very obvious it hadn't been cleaned between guests. The mattress protectors weren't on, there was hair all over the mattresses. And the door to the cabin doesn't actually lock! You have to pay for wifi, 8dollars per day. The showers hot and cold settings are reversed. Despite all that the facilities were clean enough.

Very displeased with Antonio at this Thousand trails campground. I have belonged for a very long time and this was by far the worst experience I have ever experienced. I am one of the biggest fans of Thousand trails. I tell everyone who has a camper. They need to get a membership but now my feelings have changed a little bit thanks to Antonio. I hope Thousand trails has not changed so drastically that it's okay to stick a long-time faithful member into a very small site that does not hold a 29-ft camper and we could not even put out our awning or our slide out all the way. Our truck was parked on the side of the road the entire 5 days. Because there was absolutely no room to put it. I understand that it was Labor Day. I understand if the place got completely packed, however the entire days

Give this place a BIG MISS |After calling a main corporate number that makes all the reservations for this chain- we got pretty much shafted. |Our FULL hookup was NOT a full hookup. You could either unhook everything and go and “dump” in their dump area OR you could pay $50 for a truck to come ‘round and empty it for you!!!!!|NOT the easiest thing when you have a 36 foot RV and are also towing a vehicle!!|We did ask if we could move to another site that had full hookups but were told we weren’t big enough and they had to keep them available for others. Mind you we HAD booked a full hookup- and there were quite a few available. ||There was also NO internet or tv. |(Corporate may want to hone their knowledge since a lightening strike had disabled all of that).|Internet was obviously availab

We parked here for two weeks and really enjoyed our stay. They had a lot of weekend activities for all ages and the staff is some of the friendliest staff we've had the chance to meet. There are a lot of annuals here but we have found them to be extremely nice and have sat around several campfires making new friends. Our site is a 30 amp FHU in C section and mostly shaded. We had to use leveling blocks under one front tire but other than that, it's a good site. I like that each shower in this section's bath house has its own room with a locking door, but I would have liked the hot water to be hotter. I would call it very warm but not hot. The laundry room is closed due to plumbing issues but everything else in the park was open for business including a well stocked store. We camped at Th
