Theresa's Bed & Breakfast (420 friendly)

I book here every Summer to do hiking and exploring. Teresa is a great Host and has a lovely well-taken care of home. Quiet neighborhood. Slept well!

Exactly what I want in a stay. A very nice historical home that is clean, quiet, and fairly private. How private is your choice. I chose the downstairs room with the shared bathroom, but at an overall lower cost. Still it’s an excellent value. The hostess and I get along very well, so the shared bathroom was perfectly fine for me. I love how the room, and the whole house is furnished as well. There is a lot of medium stained wood and early American decor. Also both times I’ve stayed I’ve been lucky enough to get the covered parking between the other guests. It’s doesn’t take long to get to from the interstate, maybe 5 minutes. Then it’s in easy walking distance of the downtown Main Street. Really a fantastic place to stay for the money.

Teresa is an excellent host and her home is a very cute brick house built in the thirties sitting on a hill. Having lived in several old houses myself, I know that that you should not expect perfection from them. The bathroom fan was noisy and one of the lamps didn't work, so it was hard to create any ambience. I spoke with Teresa about these things and she promised that she would have them looked into and, with the price she takes in the place, I'm sure she will. It's not a five star hotel, but it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Theresa's place was perfect for a quick little stay in Trinidad! I’ve stayed there multiple times. This time I was in the private room downstairs and it was super cozy and comfy. Theresa was very friendly and accommodating and even provided breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again!

Theresa has two rooms available. I stayed downstairs which has a shared bathroom that was spotless and not inconvenient at all. I have stayed with Theresa several times and she always went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. She even helped me jump my car after leaving an interior light on my last trip. Theresa is an excellent host, highly recommended.
