Theodore Lock Storage and RV Park

This is a nice friendly RV park, the neighbors are polite. Lots are spacious, a good size for a patio set and grill. Most lots have a grass yard area. Security cameras throughout the park, which is nice! The on-site manager is extremely knowledgeable, professional and is top notch with communication. There is a gas station/convenience store within walking distance for snacks and limited groceries. The park is pet friendly too!! I’ve heard the new owners are making some exciting additions in the very near future. The storage buildings are well maintained and secure. A++

Office Administrator very friendly. Stayed here approximately 1yr. Beautiful down to Earth neighbor's. Well lit area and camera's for safety. Maintained by reliable staff. Pet's are welcomed. Very good experience overall. I'd definitely stay again.

Come on in and rent a storage unit nice people great price

The owner ms. Turkey and office manager Mr. Susan Seymour are rude, holier than thou uppity and like to talk down to potential occupants. Their pricing and fees to not match the amenities and overall ambiance of the park or area. The only person I found to be well grounded and knee what he was talking about was the head maintenance man Mr Patrick Sullivan. I would not recommend this drug riddled RV park

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. The owner is do damn rude and money hungry. His wife is the only nice person there. I'm pretty sure he's having a thing with the office lady if you know what I mean but that's none of my business. They don't take care of the campers. The roof had a leak, all they did was put a tarp on the roof, like really? How cheap can someone be?!? I guess you have to be a crackhead or lowlife to fit in around that place. Everyone is so damn nosy too, just stay away from there...put your money some place else!!
