Southern Estates RV Park

Well I absolutely love it here. I have been here going on 4 years now it quite. Everyone is nice and helpful sometimes it seems like a big family. I think we all just try to help each other out at times. If one of us don't have something we need then the other one dose. And our management here is great. If anything goes wrong, well Jodie is on top of it. I give them 5 stars because it's great here

I love this park. Not only do all the utilities come as a pay-all, but they even have wifi included in the price to stay (you have to stay a month or more to get the password!) and it's cheaper to stay here than at other RV/Camper grounds that's DONT offer their own wifi. Friendly neighbors and pet friendly (more than half the residents have 1 or more pets)

My stay here was really pleasant. The staff was kind, easy to reach and responsive to our needs. The rent is easy to pay via an online portal. The lots are concrete, large and the park itself is asphalt. There is a grounds crew that comes routinely, I’d say maybe weekly, but i didn’t count, and they keep the place looking great. My lot was in the front, so the internet signal was strong and I never got booted. My neighbors around me were pretty quiet and nice, mostly just sticking to ourselves and saying hey when we saw each other. The whole place has a fence around it.There’s access to many stores in the area, Walmart neighborhood market and Rouses Market are within walking distance, and Winn Dixie is close by as well. You can have just about anything delivered to this park with Doordash

Beautiful little nook off the side of the road perfect for people to live and pass through the beautiful town of mobile great place for kids and dogs just an all around good atmosphere id recommend this as your next spot to check out

It is a nice place to stay. Everyone I met was super friendly and helpful. When I first set up we had some issues with the original site but their property manager, Jodi was awesome and got me into a working site within just a couple of minutes.
