Stop & Rest RV Park

We were scheduled to check in for two months, but the day of arrival, the owner was nowhere to be found. They don’t accept reservations; we were asked to call the day before arrival which we did, and then the morning of arrival which we did, but we ended up having to find another place to stay because, as I said, the owner could not be found. We are residents of the area who are undertaking a major remodel, so we were able to find another place on quick notice, but if you’re not from the area, I recommend you get a back up reservation.

I would not recommend staying here. Yes, the place itself is beautiful, and the people around are sweet, and I really did love the area. But the landlord completely ruined the experience. He was rude, disrespectful, and comes across as a scammer trying to finesse people. After I paid him my full amount, I later found out he had my camper listed on Marketplace for $10 less than what I paid which felt like a slap in the face. Very unprofessional and shady behavior. I will never go back there again.

It is nice, quiet and located closer to the beach, compared to other nice campgrounds.

I know a couple of people who stay here its a good place to stay if your looking for an Rv park you can score at and not worry about other renters breaking into your shit while your gone.

All of my needs were met in a fast and efficient manner. What a great place to stay with outstanding staff and atmosphere. Well recommended for anyone. If you don't have your own rv not a problem they will rent you one of there's.
