The Westin Fort Lauderdale

I hesitated to write this because my check-in experience was amazing and I was granted early access as a status member when my flight came in early and I was very thankful for the service received. ||Besides that everything fell apart on this trip and I regret staying here. I just messaged them. I waited a few days to see if I would cool off before writing such a negative review. I messaged the hotel and notified them early on of these issues and never heard a reply other than they were researching. In 3-days…the following were observed. mobile key does not work, I asked twice for it to be resolved and I had to give the maid a $10 tip to let me in my room, the maid service skipped my room entirely but cleaned my friends room next door and still found time to gab in the hall, my door neve

Positive: The service in the restaurant was very food and the food was tasty. Negative: The room we had #1509 had a toilet that kept running, the phone didn't work and the safe didn't work. Wouldn't stay here again.

Okay so I can I am alot biased on I stayed like 185 nights in the all different Marriott brands last year. So I here's what's the up..... The other one good: a. I threw it staff and I mean everyone from housekeeping to the front desk to the Amazing crew in the the house restaurant especially at breakfast, and are FIVE STAR like literally astonishing and almost ritz level. b. Speaking of the breakfast speaking it's hop notch the buffet is absolutely one of the best I've had in a long time at any Marriott Brand and well if you happen to be platinum elite or higher it's free, you can and literally a $60... breakfast is on the house.... Two young men name Lakade and Malik who also work on the beech are super helpful and kind, they carried my beach chair to 4 different locations without me asking them to, plus they kept the area and sand very clean ,I watched them help 6 different families at one time . Very knowledgeable about the area and different fun activities! Didn't know who to tell the complement to so I decided to post here , help me get this to the right person thanks for reading, plus the front dest staff name Tyrique is amazing he helped me with printing out my boarding pass, and gave me a free cocktail,.... only thing that was a little upsetting is a lady at the front desk by the name of Melva has an off putting attitude, she makes eveone feel like they are bothering her, not by race , or gender, she just

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Fort Lauderdale. Check in was easy our room was spacious and clean. Our only issue was there is nothing really around but that’s on us. The location had a small bar/restaurant with good service, and breakfast with everything you need and the pool and hot tub were nice to relax for a few days. Our only complaint is they did not open the poolside bar on our stay which we were disappointed about and the noise from the highway can be a bit loud but the waterfall and speakers drown it out mostly.
