The Well House Hamilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The experience we had was wonderful, the view is breathtaking of the river and all the old architecture surrounding the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious with plenty of options for natural light. But what sold us completely on the property was Joey at the front desk, she was so kind and helpful every time we went down there and each time I called down which was several times with questions and she never got annoyed and was always so polite. She also gave us great recommendations to see in the area and we enjoyed every place we visited that she told us about. Her customer service was above and beyond and she was just genuinely very kind and easy to talk to! Thank you for a great experience Joey!

We had a great two-night stay here over NYE. The staff was very warm and helpful. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Everything looks really nice! The hotel has historic charm and thanks to the renovation it doesn't feel dated at all. We enjoyed breakfast, free for Gold/Diamond members. And as EV drivers, we loved the free EV charging in the back (using Tesla magic-dock level 2 chargers). Overall, this was a great stay in a lovely hotel.

This hotel has been lovingly restored! I’m from the area but live out of state now. It’s wonderful to have somewhere so affordable, yet beautiful and clean to stay when I come “home” for visits. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and hospitable. Hilton-I’ve not always been a big fan, but you’ve won me over with The Well House.

This is the standard that I judge all tapestry hotels by Hilton against now. The staff here were friendly and well groomed. The building is well kept and the updates are tasteful while keeping the original feeling of the building. The on site restaurant is wonderful. Their bourbon selection is great and worth the visit. Decore of the rooms holds to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. The only downside is the room was fairly cramped.
