Super clean and quiet. Very comfortable room. Exceptional service by staff. Felt like home away from home compared to big hotels

This hotel has a strong vintage vibe and is a bit worn around the edges, but in a charming way. More importantly, it’s very well cared for, clean, and tidy. Our room came with a simple kitchenette and a fridge, which meant we could pretend to be responsible adults and make our own breakfast. Just 100 meters away is Sunny Folk Coffee, which serves ridiculously good coffee and should honestly be part of the hotel package. The beds are comfortable, and the only thing we heard at night was the AC. No traffic, no partying, no mystery noises — always a win. Good restaurants are about a 300-meter walk away (along with a couple you should probably skip), and there’s a mall roughly 800 meters from the hotel that has pretty much everything. This has been my go to hotel in Fort Lauderdale for several years now. In addition to its charming, retro style, wonderful pool, and hot tub, excellent location, and very competitive pricing, the best part of all is the staff. Stephanie, the manager, is incredible. She strives to make every guest feel welcome, and always greets us with a level of care and hospitality that you don't find in big chain hotels. We look forward to seeing her as much as we look forward to being on vacation!

The staff were very friendly and kind, all of them went out of their way to make me and my sister feel welcome. Our room was clean and the pool outdoor area felt like a resort. The location couldn’t have been better. It was a safe area with lots of shops around and a 20 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again

Positive: We loved the hotel, felt very secure and also loved the wildlife (lizards and birds). It was nice to have coffee in the room, also coffee and tea in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and nice. Negative: Not really
