The Vibes Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Location is ideal only a few blocks from the beach. I booked a double room with double beds and got 1 single room with two beds. The pool is only open till 8pm and no music or speakers are allowed in the pool area. Room service did not come clean our room or make our beds once the entire week we stayed. No staff on site after 8pm if you need assistance you have to call a phone number and wait for someone to show up.

Came here around Christmas so I had to respect the fact that it was the off season and the holiday. For that I am adding a star from what I planned on giving them. I stayed here for two weeks in a suite. All of my complaints throughout my two weeks revolved around service. I felt out of touch with the staff. Upon check in, the room was not stocked up with many things one would expect. I was able to obtain these items later through a few phone calls. When I asked for room service, sometimes they wouldn't come. One time, I didn't ask for room service and they just came in without knocking. I just gave up and started tossing my bags of trash outside the door. Finally after a day or two someone would come get them. That worked well exept I would run out of trash bags and have to make a call a

This is a motel, not hotel, with the most paper thin walls I have ever experienced. Every step, every breath anyone else takes you will know about it. Unfortunately for me the front desk put two drunk loud inconsiderate guests in the room next to me at 3:30AM so I got to listen to them drink, yell and have sex until 5:15AM. There is an infant across the hall - hard to imagine what the staff was thinking placing these two here. I am DUMBFOUNDED that I paid $290 for this room when I would have had a most restful sleep in my car. NEVER AGAIN. Other issues: -sink plugged -terrible mattress -water smells awful -room is very cold -safety is non-existent as anyone can walk into this place from the parking lot. There isn’t even a door. Avoid avoid avoid.

My daughter left a view, which is accurate. I see a response from the owner but since I can not respond to their response, here is my reply and my review. Everything posted by my daughter, Kyilee is accurate as we know it. The late check out, was listed as an add on for $30, I did not know that I wasn’t charged for this, since it was selected as an add on for $30. That said, the comment made about being offered another room, well that’s isn’t completely true. I complained about the missing shower door & was told they didn’t have any other rooms with two beds, I was told to use towels on the floor for the water. I said this is very inconvenient the water is getting everywhere. I asked for a discount since no other rooms were available, they said no. Since our tv was still not yet working,
