⸻ We’ve rented from Julia in apartment #5 for the last few summers, and it’s always been a wonderful experience. The house is consistently clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we need. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Julia is truly the best host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful. We always feel right at home and plan to continue renting for many more summers to come!

Julia place unit 5 is amazing .house is always clean and has everything you need to cook and enjoy your time at the beach .so close to the boardwalk and beach .Julia is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed every time you stay . I love coming down to our favorite spot Sunflower hotel Unit 5 is by far the best unit !!!!!

Stayed at Julia’s place (Apt 5) with my family in June. What an absolute treat! It was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for an excellent staycation because it was a block from the beach and the boardwalk. All the upgrades in her unit made us feel so much more at home. The pool is also a plus - we and our kiddos had the best time. I’m so glad we chose to stay here - Julia, we’ll be back!!

Jules Charming Suite, APT 5, is the best. Great location, terrific amenities but peaceful. Julia is an outstanding host and very responsive.
