Anita is the best employee that I've met there so far. She went above and beyond, got me in the motel in my room and off to sleep within the quickness. Thank you so much give her an a plus 4 everything.

It’s got a beautiful hotel and beautiful hotel staff and the staff names are angel and Nita yep I went upstairs and whenever I’m in the hotel lobby they’re always friendly and nice if you need a hotel to stay up make sure you choose by city North varsity North if you need a hotel to stay at varsity North and Anita and Angel help you out with your reservation

This is probably the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. It's a very cheap motel flip that is just covering existing issues with bandaids. A short summary of the issues I encountered, in no particular order: * When I first moved in, my unit was incredibly dirty, full of construction debris, including metal shavings. The oven didn't work, and the shower had no hot water [these were fixed within a week or so]. * Rent is higher than advertised, because of a non-optional $200 "Utilities Package". Owners are not legally required to provide any of the associated utilities. * No wi-fi, despite that you pay monthly for it. It was 'going to be installed soon' for months. * Promised reimbursements for missing utilities or facility features will never actually happen. * Windows have no screen

This place is a very very sketchy no wifi , no pool , or a game room. Still construction being done. You have guest saying they are stealing cash deposit from us. Then charging there card again. Upon check in i gave a cash deposit of 50 and that will be released when we check out i was told. But my card was charged also later that day and when i went to the office to see why. I was met with a unpleasant, unprofessional not properly dressed. Pink sweat pants and a white coffee stain shirt like she just rolled out of bed. And the nerve to have a disgusting look on her face . So i explained to the manager (Angel) that my card was charged wit 50.. Right away she says impossible we take cash deposits and that her employees no not to charge any card for cash deposit. I need to ask my bank about

No absolutely do not recommend to anybody, My family had a very uncomfortable experience being that my room window dose not lock. My wife was up all night worried someone might climb in. And its not fully a hotel with renovation still going on.There are tenets upstairs and its a hotel downstairs. Very loud with people walking around with drug seeking tendencies . Not safe at all. When tried to speak with a manager I was met with an unprofessional manner and the look she gave as if what I had to say was an inconvenience to her. I just turned around walked out. Why bother trying to have a conversation with someone who isn't capable of reasoning. Over paid and tired looking with no clue on the business she's in..
