Harrison RV/Mobile Home Park

It is one of the worst places to rent. Rent increased yearly for no good reason. The owner is NOT friendly. She is very quick to talk smack about you behind your back. Watch your back because if she doesn't like you, you will get targeted. This is NOT a safe place. Transients come through here often. There are lots of issues with thefts as well. Showers have been under construction for over a year now, and you have to pay an extra $80 (recently increased from $30 for what??? 1 lousy shower stall) a month to use them. Maintenance is lacking. If you want the truth about this place, go talk to the housing manager at Salvation Army. Word gets around quite quickly with other housing resource organizations about shady business practices. We stayed here for a whole week, Aug 8th to Aug 16th. We wanted to be near others for a week in case something happened on the new to us travel trailer. The people were extremely nice and personable. I had no issues. I am hoping there will be a spot open for spring or summer 2025.

Not sure why Google has them listed as "accepts RV's of all ages". We can't afford a trade in for ours, a 1985 Winnebago. But we were told upfront over the phone that our RV is too old. Like every other RV park. So, since EVERY place has so far said that, we're screwed, and so is anyone else in our situation.

I've been here for 15 Years, I couldn't ask for a better place to live, when I first moved in they told me that rent will usually go up once a year $20.00, it has only gone up $140.00 in 15 years that's not much at all, the potholes were from on going work on the water lines, 10 years ago I had a drainage problem the land lord and his maintenance man were there in an hour and got it fixed. I have good neighbors and good landlord's I'll be here for ever.
