Customer Reviews
We needed a room last minute due to an emergency in town; we came in late around 11pm or so, and the front desk associate ,Ande, was absolutely amazing. She made everything easy, and showed us compassion. The room was prefect, clean .. really big for the price! breakfast was ok.. the coffee was delicious. I never complain about free breakfast, but it was nothing to brag about. It’s also in a pretty location around restaurants. Next time we are in Duluth- we will choose the Suites.
I will be honest, I was nervous to come here after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. ||In fact, I packed a hotel cleaning kit just in case. ||Here’s my honest experience.||When we got here, it was easy to find the hotel’s free parking. A extremely wonderful man named Eric helped check us in. He was informative, polite, prompt, and extremely helpful. ||Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.||I always do an extra cleaning when I get into hotel rooms …especially high touch services and places that I think sometimes get missed …everything was very clean. ||We appreciated the special touches like a clock with multiple plug-ins in easy reach of our bed. I also really appreciated the cool vibe with industrial ceilings, Modern lamps, and remodeled bathrooms. ||Are there shab
Positive: The room didn't have any shampoo or conditioner the bottles were empty. We only had one towel in the room. Front desk staff was great very friendly and kind. Only complaint for staff was when we checked in he didn't tell us where elevators where or room. Negative: ""
The suites hotel surprised me this year. They remodeled their outdated bathrooms and made the room SO much more enjoyable than previously. Its a good hotel if you are not planning to have a view since a majority of the rooms have bad window locations or are in the middle of the building and dont jave windows. The breakfest is great, they have waffles!
We booked a Jacuzzi suite and it was worth every dime! The jacuzzi could have easily fit 4 people if necessary (it was just two of us so it was insanely comfortable). Also, even though the room was labeled "no window" we still had a window. The building itself is historic and has a very industrial style, with pillars going right through the room we were in (we didn't mind, it was actually pretty cool). I also loved how secure the elevator system was. You must have your room key to even open the elevator from the main level.
