The St. Regis Deer Valley

My wife and I have traveled the world for many years and stayed in countless luxury hotels so what I have to say is very measured by our experiences. This particular St. Regis ranks as the number one service hotel we’ve ever been to! ! From the moment we arrived earlier this week we were amazed at the servant culture that has been established here by the management. We’ve hosted Horst Schulze the founder of Ritz Carlton who has spoken many times for our organization about culture curation and let me say this hotel has it down to the tee. The manager on duty , I believe his name was Thomas , upgraded our room from a mountainside King to an executive suite when he discovered they had given us a handicap room. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Stopped here for 1 night on a road trip to Zion National Park. The views were stunning especially on the night I arrived when there was thunder and lighting in the distance, it was one of the best views I’ve ever seen and I’ll remember it for a long time. The hotel itself is super cool. You take a gondola from the parking lot to the hotel, there’s a pool and the restaurants are luxurious and delicious. Overall a 10/10 experience for 1 night.

The wife and I had a wonderful 3 night stay over SB weekend. We went in with fairly high expectations and I'm pleased to say that they were surpassed. From the moment we booked the team at STR DV made sure to let us know they were available for anything we needed. This level of service was maintained through the entire stay. Every single member of the staff we encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. During our stay we tried every restaurant on the site. The service was 10/10 at every single one and the food averaged 7/10. That being said, it was by far the best "mountain resort" food we've ever had. I wanted to take a moment to share with you what an amazing experience we had at our stay at the St. Regis hotel in Deer Valley. My family and I are active lifetime SPG members. We travel a lot and have been blessed to experience many of the St. Regis and luxury collection properties around the world. In saying that, our stay here in Deer Valley was one of our most memorable. I want to thank Kameron, front desk manager for making our trip so special. From the moment we checked in, he took the time to greet us, show us personally around the resort and offer us my son's favorite welcome drink. The ski-in/ski-out access made hitting the slopes effortless, and the convenience of the funicular added a unique and memorable touch to the experience. The service was outstanding—every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and focused on making the stay perfect. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it easy to relax after a day on the mountain.
