The Shores Resort

I booked an airbnb here for over a month, not knowing what a nightmare it would be. Washing machine broke down a week into my stay, with all my clothes inside. Technician came 3 times saying he'd 'fixed it' but it never worked again. I had to take all my soaked clothes to a nearby laundromat, though the stench of soaking for a week never went away. Light went out one day, though ac was still working. Ac never worked right-always too hot or too cold. Kitchen also stopped working one day: fridge, stove, and microwave. Housekeeping was a NIGHTMARE! It took two weeks for them to come the first time, only to have the trash taken out and toilet paper folded–and calling that housekeeping. No dusting, sweeping, mopping, changing bed sheets, towels, doing dishes, nothing. It truly was a terrible ex

I had a room bought for 5 days by an expedia. When I arrived at the place around 10pm, it turned out that my door code was now working and was hired to another person. I stayed with my husband and little children on the street, we drove almost 7 hours by car from our place of residence to the resort. we could not call directly to the resort, so we called expedia, but they were also unable to help us, we were in the car looking for a roof over our heads. we found a hotel on our own hand for one night until the other day, the expedia found us a hotel for the rest of the days

There were a free hiccups but overall, this is a nice place to stay. The sunsets are spectacular.
