My sister and I had a fantastic stay at Everflowing Waters Campground. We booked at the last minute, but they were more than accommodating — which immediately set the tone for a great experience. What stood out: The property was immaculately maintained — the grounds were tidy, lush, and well cared for. It was peaceful and quiet, exactly what we were hoping for when camping. The outhouse bathroom had been newly renovated — clean, fresh, and far better than typical outhouse facilities. The owner was friendly and flexible, making us feel welcome. If you're looking for a quiet, friendly, well-kept campground, this is it. We would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to fellow campers seeking peace and simplicity.

As a returning camper I must say the new owner John is fantastic. Everything is very clean and upgrades done to restrooms are not unnoticed. It has been a pleasure staying here and we look forward to getting a seasonal pass for next spring/summer. If your looking for a clean, quite and we'll maintained property to enjoy some relaxation this is the spot for your next camping trip!!!!!

We stayed overnight at this pleasant campground. We were next to a babbling creek that my wife walked along and over a bridge to see a Rose-breasted Grosbeak bird. The staff was very friendly and suggested some nearby attractions. The campground was quiet and pleasant. We had a very nice overnight experience and may return on a future trip.

Hard pass. No amenities. ||The only reason I booked here was the proximity to Elk Rapids. We needed a place to park while we visited friends. Well plans changed and our friends couldn't make it. There are no amenities here. Not even a shower house. There's a port a potty for the whole campground. It's like a giant parking lot with spots on top of each other. We took one look and booked the KOA in Buckley. There's no cancellation policy on the website but forfeiting our fees were worth it to have a place we could do things at our campsite. The best thing I can say is that we called ahead and asked if we could have an Amazon delivery. Our camper fridge died at our previous site so we had a plug in cooler sent to this campground and they didn't mind. Stay here if you need a spot to sleep and

We needed a site for a 3 night stay as friends were camping at another campground nearby. After googling I came across Everflowing Waters. We called the campground and asked if they could accommodate us. Dennis the owner was very nice. Told us to book through the website which we did. When we arrived we checked in and were told which site to pull in to. We were a little surprised to find out there is no dump station and no bathhouse or bathrooms. Two port a johns sit on the property (not the cleanest) We did have electric and water but sites are very close together. As we have a travel trailer the bathroom situation wasn’t a big deal for us but for those who tent camp you should be aware no real bathrooms or a place to shower. Another plus was being close to Traverse City. We did
