The Saratoga Garden Motel

They allow my pets and allow smoking and are very affordable rate. I would definitely recommend them. I give five star for everything.

Stayed here for a concert at SPAC. Nice rooms, very easy to check in and out. Close to the venue and easy to find. They also didn't jack up the rate just because there was a concert like every other hotel in the area. Would recommend and would stay again for sure.

Nice setting. Too much noise at 1 am from the neighbors next door. No one on site it seems. The one staff member I met (housekeeper) was very friendly and accommodating. Coffee maker but no coffee. No chair to sit on except an hard desk chair. Outdated. For $177 plus the tax, it was almost $500 for a two night stay. The best part about this place is the Kettle diner across the street. I cannot answer the question “How would you describe this motel ?” I cannot check any of those boxes because they don’t give the choice to select anything negative. Do I go outside at 1 am and ask the people to turn the tv down? Yeah. I’m frustrated. And freaking tired. No Saratoga Garden Motel. I won’t be back.

We arrived for a late check-in and there were zero towels in the room not a washcloth not a hand towel nothing. I get it things happen but when I called to find out if I could get towels at 11 PM, I did not hear anything until 8:30 AM wondering whether or not I was going to have towels. There’s a coffee maker, but no coffee. There were two single beds. The picture showed two doubles. I guess I should’ve paid closer attention but it’s definitely misleading to show two double beds in a room that has two singles. Very underwhelming experience and it was not cheap.

Location is great. Management or staff is nonexistent. Same two bath towels for 4 night stay, and no where or no one to go to for help?? Room had a blow dryer, iron, mini-fridge & microwave, but not even a cheap coffee maker. Instead, you had no choice but to shower, dry off with dirty towels, and walk across the road for a cup of Joe. Horrible management.
