Batcheller Mansion Inn

We have stayed here 4 times now and loved it each time. Less than 1/2 mile walk to the beginning of all the restaurants and shops in town. Amazing woodworking and old details in the rooms. Beds are always clean and comfortable. The service from the staff is top notch. We will be staying more often now too as our daughter is at school close by. 10/10 highly recommend

Unbelievable beautiful! What a gorgeous stay. The facility is lovely with porches, outside seating, common areas, piano and so much history. Breakfast was delicious. Our room, George, was spectacular especially the tub!! It has mood lighting. The service was extraordinary.

This place is incredible, it feels like traveling back in time. I really hope they can keep it as beautiful, clean, and well-preserved as it is now. It’s honestly even more stunning than the photos. The breakfast is delicious and cute, though I expected the portions to be a bit bigger. The crumble didn’t come with any bread, and it would be nice to have some included. Overall, the food portions were quite small, I think it would be better if they offered slightly larger portions. Experiencing a place like this is truly something everyone should have in their lifetime. I have lots of photos, apparently google restricted number of uploaded photos!

We had a lovely stay here. everything was perfect. our 'george' room was so comfortable it was easy to spend down time there. the mansion is so beautiful but not stuffy and uncomfortable. we enjoyed the back porch often too. the breakfasts were excellent and staff was so attentive. the location is perfect for all the enjoyment of the town.

Very nice room and enjoyed the stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. It’s a very unique building. The only issue we had was the smell of weed in the main level. Each time we came in the front door it was pretty strong. We weren’t sure if it was from a staff member or a guest. I understand it’s legal and so are cigarettes but they both stink. Anyway we may return in the future.
