Anne's Washington Inn

Having visited Saratoga Springs many times, we decided to experience this inn. We booked a room in the 'south' house with a small private deck. The room had a relatively small footprint with uneven floors. The bathroom was small and lacked space for two people to store personal items. The room lacked enough space to store clothes for two people. There was, however, a closet to store some items. Since this facility hosts other events, there was a spacious breakfast room that offered all day access. ||The layout of the furniture in the room seemed strange with the smart TV perpendicular to the sitting area and the bed. This meant that the TV must be rotated on a 45 degree angle to view from either the bed or the couch. From the couch, it meant turning your head to the right 45 degree

I had my bridal shower here this past May (2024) and it was absolutely perfect! The event room is beautiful and was perfect for our size group (about 40 people). The property is so charming and well maintained. It was such a nice treat to be able to enjoy/take pictures on the front porch. My mom, who planned the shower, had a great experience working with Madeleine, the venues manager. As an event planner/manager myself I would absolutely recommend Anne's Washington Inn to anyone looking to host a shower or a small group event! Thank you for helping to make my shower so special!

This review is late, unlike the service at Anne's Washington Inn. We were there for Skidmore's graduation, though we had stayed several times the past four years. The vibe is easy, not fussy. Joe, the owner, is on the ball, gracious; and best of all he has a fine, light spirit, just like the rooms, just like breakfast, when the coffee is hot! It's just easy, this inn; I suppose that's the best way of describing it: ease and charm, charm and ease. Where else can you check out at 4PM because you were having too much fun at your celebratory lunch downtown. Of course there are horses about, pictures, books, yet this place doesn't need to rely on the races to stay in the race; it is the race, with an old-world pace.

We just completed a wonderful stay at Anne's Washington Inn for Belmont Weekend. Great location, easy walk to the track and downtown. We took full advantage of the large porch overlooking the grounds at every opportunity. Service was top notch throughout! We booked nexts years stay already. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing weekend at Anne’s Washington Inn! It was conveniently located to see all of Saratoga's key highlights--downtown, the racetrack, and the state park. Madeleine and her family were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to share local tips and make sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing on the beautiful grounds, whether it was unwinding by the firepit or lounging in the Adirondack chairs.
