The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes

We had the most incredible stay at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, and it could not have been a more perfect place to celebrate my birthday, Valentine’s Day, and our anniversary all in one special trip. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and thoughtful. Our room was ready early, and Stephen at check-in took amazing care of us. He warmly acknowledged our celebrations. Walking into our room was such a wow moment. It was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches, and the view of the lake was absolutely gorgeous. Sydney from guest relations is truly dedicated to serving her guests and was lovely, enlivening many Ritz-Carlton service values. The rooms are comfortable, clean, luxurious, and well-equipped. I arrived on property and as expected the grounds were meticulous. Valet parking attendant immediately greeted us and bell-op open the door and showed us to the check in counter. I also received an upgraded room from a regular room to an executive suite. The food choices were good and the wait time was not bad given that the hotel had a lot of guests attending what appeared to be a conference. My favorite dining experience was breakfast. The selection was wide and the staff was very courteous and warm. Overall my stay was great. The hotel is well managed; however like other industries, I could see that some areas like housekeeping were affected.

I had a great stay at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando. The service was excellent—what really stood out was the staff remembering my name, which made the experience feel very personal. I come here every year, and the consistency in service is one of the reasons I keep returning. The food was very good, and room service was fast and efficient. There was a small hiccup where my order was initially sent to the wrong room, but it was handled quickly and didn’t take away from the overall experience. The pool area and slides were amazing and a highlight of the resort. The only downside was that even with light rain, the pools were closed across the entire resort, which was a bit disappointing. We took a long weekend staycation for some r&r. Exemplary is the best way to describe our visit. Valet quickly unloaded our car and had our bags sent to our room. Check in was immediate and easy. The room was beautiful and equipped with an amazing coffee station and fully stocked wet bar. The bathroom had a super hot shower and tub to soak in, dual sinks and all the amenities and extra towels. Closet was very large with a top shelf and cubbies and an umbrella in case of rain. Housekeeping came by that evening to see if we needed more towels, water or something else. What a nice surprise. I spent the next day at the spa: massage, facial and manicure. Holy cow! The technicians were very professional, kind and a lot of fun. Each treatment left me wanting more. The spa had a cafe for a lunch

We have visited thirteen Ritz Carlton properties and enjoyed their Club Level Experiences. Nothing compares to Trish and her amazing teams’ attention to detail, world class customer service, and most importantly love and care. Thank you for your service and dedication!
