The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami

Overall, it was a great experience. The room was AMAZING. Loved the pool (Which was heated), the personalized service from the Ladies and Gentlemen at the front desk was amazing. They remembered why we were there, and greeted us by name when we saw them again. The bar was fun to hang out in the evening. The only issues we had was the refrigerator in our suite didn't work. They promptly delivered a mini fridge to the room. The service at the poolside restaurant was a little slow. It took almost a hour to get our lunch order, and the server didn't check in as often as we would of liked, but they only had 2 servers for the whole pool it appeared.

Jay and her assistant Sadie from The Finesse Xperience were incredible. They curated a full day of fun for me at the pool, taking care of every detail and making the entire experience feel effortless. The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour was the perfect setting—beautiful property, excellent service, and a staff that truly knows how to elevate your stay. Highly recommend both the team and the hotel.

This hotel was great for a few days of our trip!! I will say rooms need some renovations which they did share was happening soon, but did remodel bathrooms! Great view and great location. Alex helped us up to our room after check in, he was great!!! Margo at the pool was incredibly friendly and attentive. She chatted with us about where we were from etc. She was the sweetest! Valet staff and check in staff, including manager Tiego was great!! Area is walkable to bal harbor shops which has some higher end shopping along with restaurants etc.

I had an overall amazing experience at The Ritz Carlton in Bal Harbour. The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful, clean beach and a calm, luxurious atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Every detail of the hotel reflects quality and care. The service truly stood out. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure every need was met without ever feeling intrusive. I want to specifically highlight Alex Suarez, whose level of service was exceptional. His attentiveness, professionalism, and strong work ethic especially for his age, were genuinely impressive.
