Beach Haus Bal Harbour

My husband and I were looking forward to staying at the beach haus hotel. However, 3 days prior to our stay, our baby came down with the RSV virus. Our doctor forbade us from traveling with the baby since the flying would make her more respiratory issues which would land her up in the hospital. We were going to stay for 3 nights and had payed the deposit already. We called the front desk hoping that they would be able to help us cancel and instead of receiving empathy from them regarding our medical emergency, we were met with coldness and uncaringness. The front desk secretary was downright rude and disgusting to us and told us that she is in charge and there is no manager to speak to. She told us that the hotel policy is no refund within 14 days of arrival and we cannot get back our depo

very good for what it is. big flat very spacious, clean and modern kitchen. bathroom and shower quite old otherwise very nice flat parking js easy and good location only a 5 mins walk from beach pool is freezing and not that clean small area next to sea to sit but its always in the shade not luxury but usual place to stay

We had a lovely family escapade with our two young adult children. We found our condo clean and well-appointed. We had all we needed and nothing that we did not need since we spent most of our time outside. We arrived after hours but the self-check in process worked flawlessly. The windows are excellent and there was absolutely no noise from the freeway at night. We were less than 5 minute's walk to a beautiful beach with pristine water and a very short car ride to shops and restaurants. This is what luxury feels like to me....

The best !!!! Everything is good here . Location , service, and community. Very comfortable. Clean and nice team. That’s not the first time im here . And any time im coming to Florida this is the perfect place to be . Elizabeth and all her team are very good. And great customer service.

We booked this hotel last week in hopes to stay in a great at property by the beach. They did not notify that there are buildings with no Reno and without - so they gave us a non renovated room on a first floor. It was a disaster - we walked in and the smell of chlorine kicked in and I wanted to open the windows but it was not possible. Starting 6 am the construction workers were starting their work day - right in front of our windows!!! I asked to move us, complained to no results! It was impossible to sleep in this room. Finally I managed to make a deal with the manager Pablo - who promised if we check out next day - he will refund the money for two nights out of four that is left - and asked me to follow up up via Expedia as we booked our hotel through there It’s been 5 days now and Ex
