The Resort At Lake Of The Ozarks

The location is exceptional 👌 The first impression upon entering the resort was this was this is nice. The hotel entrance was welcoming 🫶 The front desk staff I believe our name was Theresa was really pleasant the first night we arrived. The next morning, not so much conversation from another front desk agent🤨. The breakfast wasn't much,with the price you pay for a room,I think the breakfast should consist of a little bit more than just bagels and muffins 🤔. My freezing for a saying that is because it's a resort.You may not want to be the resort. The rooom appeared to be clean,but there was a long string of hair in this sink 😳 the room was beautiful but there is no iron or ironing board you have to go to the front desk for these things.There was also no microwave in the room. The rooms are not what is pictured on their website. This is an older hotel. Not sure what rooms they took photos of but a normal room does not look like pictured. Room was clean, but musty smelling. Small for 4 people. We were only staying 1 night. Bed was comfortable. Behind the bed was dirty and leftover coke bottles. Shower/toilet room was tiny.

The WORST ROOM! I've literally slept better on prison mattresses. I hope I can see my chiropractor tomorrow. We paid $300 for s king suite facing thd water, I expected "Top Shelf?" More like the gum stuck under the shelf! The paint chips coming off the baseboard were Pringles sized. Still looked tastier than the 100% SUGAR PROCESSED BREAKFAST did to a diabetic (oh there's 4 sugary fruits) and 100 (apx) sugar coated waffles (awfuls) in plastic bags, edging expiration like a Twinkie. The toilet paper rolld were conveniently located 12" off the floor, just above the psint chips and grime. The sink was marble: that had been painted over with... marble paint? The sink fixture moved 1"+ in any direction! I was required to pay sn additional $100 "cash only deposit for incidentals" in addition to

I had the pleasure staying at this Resort recently. It exceeded my expectations. The guestrooms was spotless and the bed was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast that came with my stay. I would highly recommend this Resort.

I have stayed at this resort countless times over the years, and the location is perfect for exploring the lake. The Encore has entertainment inside and outside on their massive covered patio with fire pits when the weather turns chilly. Great menu and reasonably priced. Finish ed off with comfortable beds and an excellent staff. What more could you ask for?
