Wasted phone calls. Been paying on a lot and improvements 45 years. Never been there, never seen it, never will go. Paid for water and sewer, etc., on land i never have set foot on. Now i am facing bankruptcy and they wont take it back or help. Lot is paid for, just they are killi g me with constant fees and taxes and improvements and late fees. Husband bought as an investment more than 50 years ago. I have been paying all this time and it has decreased it value despite all the improvements we paid for. Husband got very ill, huge medical bills, could not afford the fees. Got behind only in the last fee years. Tried selling many times. No one is interested even at 20% of supposed value. Ths investment and lot are totally useless. I can donate it, if i pay all the fees. If i could do that i
