Absolutely Amazing Resort — Our Favorite Stop of the Entire Trip! The Regatta on the Grand RV Resort is truly something special! It’s located right on a peninsula, so you have lake views all around — absolutely stunning from every angle. You can sit at your site all day just soaking in the scenery. Each site has a pergola, a comfy outdoor couch, table and chairs, a wood fire pit (yes, they even provide the firewood!), and a propane BBQ with propane included. The attention to detail here is unmatched. The staff meet and greet you, escort you to your site, help you get parked, and make sure you have everything you need. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Trash pickup is provided, and every evening at 5 o’clock, there’s margarita time — always served with smiles and t

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and our site had a wonderful view. Customer service was excellent, the servers who came by were friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were good as well, though some portions were on the smaller side. For example, the bruschetta came with very little bread, and when we asked for more, we were told we’d need to order an entirely new appetizer, which felt a bit unreasonable. Unfortunately, what really took away from the experience , and why this isn’t a 5-star review — was the constant construction noise from a nearby privately owned site. From early morning until evening, we heard nail guns, saws, and hammering, even on the weekend. It made it impossible to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space we paid for. Very nice place to stay. From the booking to the arrival has been great. No check in like other places was a nice touch. When we pulled up we were greeted and taken immediately to our spot and even helped with backing in the spot. Immediately brought us a nice refreshing drink that was very tasty and nice on a very hot day. Explained the few rules of the campground and we were on our own. An hour after we had set up they came around with margaritas on the cart and asked if we had any questions or needed anything for our stay. Park was really clean, even tho a bit of construction is taking place, but it wasn't extremely loud and obnoxious to deal with. Nice place to stay similar to a KOA. Lake front and drinks is very nice! It is fairly close to the highway so you’ll have that noise at night

Interesting place. Not cheap, no off season rate. The pads will surprise you they’re first rate. Better than any we’ve stayed at. And the restaurants were worth visiting, very good food and atmosphere. The grounds were a bit of a disappointment. Chase’s Memorial dog park was pretty sad and a lot of people haven’t been picking up after their dogs. They need to figure out how to police that better. They do pick up your trash curb side every day at five but the small local trash cans never got emptied the whole week we were there and there isn’t a larger centralized one. Great Lake view and their cocktails at five were a big hit with my wife.
