We had our control board go out on our heater. We called on a Saturday and they scheduled us for Monday afternoon. They had one on hand! Jason was very friendly and very knowledgeable. It took him just a very short time to get us up and WARM! I highly recommend Grand RV Mobile Service. Reasonably priced for service.

After being stuck in Noel Missouri for over 24 hours and no availability from any mobile RV tech in the area. We called over 20 companies. I took a shot and called Grand RV Sales and Service as a recommendation and they did not disappoint. They answered immediately, collected my information and passed it along to their tech Jason, who called me back immediately. After briefly talking with him, he headed right out to my location. When he arrived he knew exactly what to do. He located the issue, corrected it and had me on my way in no time. He was very knowledgeable and an all around good guy. He is truly an asset to the company. I visit Noel every year and I will definitely contact Grand RV and. Jason if I ever need any RV work while in the area.

These guys are awesome. Ray and his guys are very knowledgeable about RVs. They stripped down and recoated my RV roof. It took them basically 3 days. Ray is very meticulous and thorough when it comes to his work. Definitely recommend him for all your RV needs. Plus his prices are very reasonable. They even replaced my vent covers with new black plastic ones and repaired a soft spot in the roof near the skylight. He got me fixed up before this next round of rain from yesterday evening into this morning all day.. No leaks so far. He delivered top-notch and quality service. Highly recommend these guys.

This company went above and beyond for our needs. Our camper was involved in an accident and they came to us in Arkansas to give us an estimate. They worked with the insurance company to get our settlement completed. I recommend this company to anyone needing assistance with insurance claims. We have also bought parts from them when we had our camper sitting at a campground and needed parts. They had in stock just what we needed. They are very helpful and kept in touch with us until the process was complete.
