You couldn't pay me to stay at this hotel again! The staff was pleasant as long as you don't have any issues. If you have any issues the tables turn hard. The non smoking room smelled like smoke & mildew. The sleeper sofa was broke, dirty & had burn holes on it. Still I wasn't going to complain. But to top it off there was a used condom on the stairs! When asked to clean it up, they laughed, swept it into a dust pan & that was it! No disinfecting, mopping, nothing! There was a man in the pool watching others & doing some unmentionable things with himself under water! It was 4th of July weekend so we paid almost 3 times the amount the room was originally worth. Definitely not expecting such a horrible experience! Thought management would at least be courteous enough to refund us 1

Room was nice and comfortable I just wish that whatever was suppose to been included was there like balcony chairs if said to have 2 why is there 1? Also remote to TV wasn't working we though it was the battery but they replaced twice and TV still didn't work !! But overall everything else was good and we all enjoyed our stay there at Grande beach resort hotel we will visit again soon😊

If i could put a negative 1 i would have i won't stay here again! Went to 4 rooms before they had one that didn't have bed bug poo on the bed covers or urine stains on the so called clean sheets. Day shift front desk lady was rude, didn't want to take the time to do nothing. Then they continued to tell us they just bought the building and it's under new management, and would be doing renovations in the fall.... looks like they need to schedule it sooner. But since we couldn't get our money back, which I think is personally ridiculous. They gave us 15% off our already purchased stay! If you want friendly service, clean rooms, and something actually worth your price don't come here. If you like sleeping with bugs, or spiders or on old urine stains on the bed covers they will greatly take y

THE WORST HOTEL EVER! Let's start by saying how rude the staff is. The elevator was broken the day we checked out and my grandmother is handicapped and can't walk down stairs I explained my problem to the owner himself and he looked at me and said I quote, "that's not my F***ing problem." And now since my grandmother had to walk down six flights of stairs she has to have physical therapy on her Arthritis filled knees. They didn't give us our deposit back because we were late to check out because we had to carry my grandmother down the stairs. Second off the room is filled with bed bugs and roaches and black mold. The rooms are extremely dated and the room service doesn't care if you have a do not disturb sign up or not they just barge in. Third off the pool is nasty and never cleaned. T

I was fully expecting by reading the reviews that this was going to be a horrible experience but it really wasn't. The check in process was simple and I knew what to expect. The security deposit I was told about before I got there and it was released before we left. We were on the 12th floor and had a 2 BR suite. Our room was clean, a little out dated yes but clean. I had 4 kids with me so I made sure the trash was taken out to the cart each day. We did not have housekeeping in our room during the week but we only needed towels and when I asked for them I got them. The pools were amazing and the view couldn't be beat. The bar and grill was perfect for the adults to sit and watch the kids in the pool. Overall we had a great time. The rooms are what you make of them and you can't be
