The Raspberry Garden Luxury Hotel & Suites

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this property. The property is very skilled at using wording differences to misleading guests, shifting responsibility. There are the bad experience I encountered:||1. Misleading Breakfast Policy: The hotel reservation stated “breakfast included,” but in reality, only one meal is provided per booking, regardless of the number of guests. I reserved for six people ,but only included one breakfast, This is misleading. Additionally, the reservation is nonrefundable, which exacerbates the issue.||2. Inadequate Hot Water Supply: The shower was a little cold, and the hot water ran out quickly. We had to take longer intervals between each person’s shower. I didn't read other people 's review otherwise I wouldn't book this property .||3. Unexpecte

Great location and good natural lighting. The king size beds are comfortable. It's nice they have a washer/dryer. This would be a good place if management maintained it. For our stay in February, the steps to our 2nd floor apartment was covered in 4" of snow. It never got removed. Very dangerous. One of the canned lights in the living room was hanging down. One of the lamps didn't work because it was too far from an electrical outlet. The sink disposal was broken with a sign saying it would be "repaired soon". We came home one night to water leaked onto the kitchen floor (allegedly from the freezer which they said was also on their "repair list.") The furnace is right next to the living room and very loud so when it kicks on you have to turn the TV volume up. It also blows too hard so it f

I had wonderful time staying at Raspberry Garden Luxury suites. It felt like home away from home. All amenities were present in the bedrooms apartment , l did not have to eat any takeaway.....l prepared meals all throughout my stay. The kitchen had everything inside including condiments . I will definitely be staying in raspberry garden whenever I visit Idaho.

This property is amazing! 😍 For less than the price of a higher-end hotel room, we got a 2 bedroom home fully furnished and fully stocked. The suites have upgraded features, fixtures, appliances, bedding, and technology. The central location in Rexburg was ideal as a gathering spot while visiting our local friends and family for the holidays. Hosts were very responsive and attentive to our questions and needs, going above and beyond. Suite was very clean and comfortable. We will DEFINITELY be booking again in the future and highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay. This was our third time staying here and will be back each time we visit our family in Rexburg. It is quiet, clean, kept up, and we love the location. Easy access to town and to places to eat. The king size beds in each bedroom are very comfortable. Thank you for being amazing hosts.
