SpringHill Suites by Marriott Rexburg

I dive bus and my stay here was more than accommodating. Staff allowed a coworker and I to extend our checkout way into the evening while we wait for our charter. The coffee is hot and delicious. The pool and hit tub were clean and accessible. The gym was more than accommodating. The only concern I might have would be accessible parking for larger vehicles. Dani at the front desk the morning of January 24th in Rexburg Idaho was extremely professional and very courteous. Thank you springhill suites. Your establishment is very well kept

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Rexburg and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and well maintained — something I truly appreciate when traveling. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were thoughtfully designed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There were a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast was somewhat underwhelming, which seems consistent with other reviews. The TV remote in my room was glitchy, the AC unit became loud at times during the night, and the shower temperature was difficult to regulate, fluctuating between very hot and very cold. Overall, these issues did not take away from a positive stay. The location is great, and I would recommend staying here.

Check in was prompt. Staff were easy to communicate with, accommodating, knowledgeable, polite and professional. Our room was clean, up to date & everything was in perfect order. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. I enjoyed an indoor pool and a hot tub. Breakfast was well managed and was really good. Based on this stay, we will definitely return.

The hotel is at a convenient location in the town and very easy to access. The staff member was welcoming and helpful at check-in. We found the room at a comfortable temperature and ready for our arrival. The continental breakfast was underwhelming. They served all of the basics, of course, but it tasted and felt like it came off a Chinese mass production assembly line.
