The Ranch at Arcadia Palms RV Resort

Best value from our perspective. Other parks may have more amenities, but you pay much, much more. Lots of peace and quiet with major city attractions within forty five minutes to an hour. No different than back home travel wise.

Location is good. Close to grocery stores & a few restaurants. Small cute town. The park itself has issues. They raised the rates approximately $600 a month for the current season & still don't even have working wifi. If you stay on the original side, you have to listen to the noise from the brick factory. If you stay on the newer side, you have to4400 6 listen to power tools from guys using their utility trailers as machine shops. One guy seems to have a golfcart repair & sales business going on. Around 1/3 of the sites are empty currently. Was even worse last month. Many people have chosen not to return. We are looking at other options for next year. Owner doesn't seem to care.

The park is located in a perfect location. Not on a main highway, but close to shopping. The facilities are nice, but the beautiful pool is neglected by management. Most of the residents are 65 +, and want a heated pool at a minimum of 83 degrees. Management turns the heat off in the evening, and when it is turned on in the morning, it doesn’t get warm until 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Many residents are looking elsewhere for the next year.

It's a RV resort. Big lots . Lots of activities nice pool. Friendly people throughout the park.

This place is run by an absent owner. He refuses to heat the pool. His comment is if you don't like it then leave. This is a dictatorship and I am the director
