55+ community. Most residents are longer term tenants. Great amenities and super friendly people! Would happily stay for a few months. 15 minutes to Walmart. An hour to the beach. 25 minutes to Arcadia. Good to note, you’ll need cash to pay, maybe they take checks too, but I don’t do that.

A little tight for people traveling with more than 2 cars. Only accepts checks or cash for payment(I had to order a heck book, I can’t remember the last time I wrote a check) no credit card, no bank draft, which is very antiquated for 2025. However, the place is clean, everyone professional and very nice/helpful. Facilities well kept, overall a very good experience and I would stay again. Good value for product vs price for this area.

We used this boat landing to launch our pontoon boat in. It is one of the better boat landings because there is a large parking lot with many well marked parking spaces for trucks and trailers after you put in. We just used the boat launch, but there is a really nice picnic area right next to it.

Nice place but permanent residents aren't too accepting of outsiders
