Big Tree

This place is great, from the amenities to people. Me and my wife just moved in and couldn't be happier. Staff very nice, maintenance does a great job. No riff Raff lol. Definitely recommend this place 🙂

I love it here. So many fun things to do. Never a dull moment. The staff is very nice and hard workers. We are located across the street from Walmart. You can walk or take your bike. You can also go to a few stores with your golf cart.

So i feel its truly necessary to share the truth about Big Tree and the new manager Charlotte. My husband and I have lived here for 3 yrs. Never had any trouble never got a write up NOTHING!!! Since she has been manager she has written 2 false write write ups against us without even talking to us both of them just appeared in our mailbox out of no where. Both fake complaints were against my husband the 1st one said he was loud all day and night. And she told us she thought the complaint was strange because the people were from golden rod 2 streets over. The 2nd one told us we had 15 days to get rid of our service dogs saying they were dangerous. No proof, no police report, no animal control no nothing (our dogs did nothing to NO ONE. I had the privilege of staying here for 2 yrs in my travel trailer. Unfortunately, I had to move for family matters. I really miss it there. Everyone was so friendly to me and my dogs. The new manager is actually trying to make improvements.

I have lived in big tree for 2+ years. I love the place. It's clean not expensive and has great management. Will be here a long time. Maintenance people are also wonderful.
