The Preserve Resort by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

This place is great! The cabins are spacious and well-appointed. Our cabin was impeccably decorated and clean. We had all the cookware necessary for several meals. The views were awesome from all decks. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We particularly liked the location as it was a little off the beaten path and not in the middle of the crowds. I highly recommend!

July 6-9, 2017 The cabin at 2973 Mockingbird Way, Pigeon Forge, TN 37862 was nice, but the driveway parking was small. Not good for full size vehicles. The hot water was limited. The reason for 3 stars is after we checked out on Sunday, they text my wife 5 days later and said that we were being charged $326 for a torn hot tub cover. They never presented any evidence of a torn cover. Of course I disputed it. Still no proof! So, take pictures when you get there and afterwards for your proof.

so much fun except could not swim in pool .it was broke down .at least we got back 500 dollars..
