The Point Hotel & Suites

Great location with ample free parking. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a king studio to king 1 bed apartment at check-in! Bed and pillows were comfy, great shower. Clean towels left in the bathroom cupboard and you can always ask for more. Good to be able to make our own breakfast every morning in the kitchen. Very happy with our stay.

One of the nicest, most affordable hotels in the area! The Point Hotel & Suites is absolutely amazing. Pros: The Bathtub. If you book here, you absolutely have to get the grand suite just for the jet tub. Water pressure in shower was also outstanding. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Towels and dishes were spotless. The view from our balcony was amazing (you could watch the Disney firework show from it). Service was outstanding. We were able to get checked in very early without any additional and I am very appreciative of that! Location is unbeatable. Cons: Our cable was very spotty the last night we stayed. Not only is the hotel perfectly placed between the original Universal City Walk and the new Epic Universe, the staff is fantastic. We did not have a perfect stay (everyone makes mistakes) but the issue was handled really well by management. Laura at the pool bar was friendly and made up a delicious drink for me when I thought blueberry vodka sounded fun, Zenaida was great at the breakfast bar in the morning making Cafe au lait and breakfast sammies, and Tiffany at the front desk had excellent customer service skills. I would stay here again!

Positive: The location. Negative: There?s a $15 fee for housekeeping, and other fees. The bed sheets were dirty and so was the rest of the room. I told the front desk customer service and he sent new bedsheets, but I had to make up the bed and clean the room. I will never come here again

My partner and I stayed at the Point Hotel & Suites in Orlando near International Drive, and from the moment I arrived, the service was excellent and extremely welcoming. ||We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment with a balcony pool view, and the rooms were extremely clean and spacious, with several amenities available. ||I would like to give a special mention to the staff member Yashika, who went above and beyond every single day. She made us feel cared for from the moment we stepped onto the premises. She never let us leave without checking in on how we were doing, always greeting us with a smile and genuine kindness.
