Here is my honest review 03/08/26 Our stay with my wife and I was from 03/06/26 to today 03/08/26. Upon arriving, the check in lady was nice and accommodating. As for the lobby, it was a little bizarre. Usually, lobbies are a little bit more wide open, and have a little bit more of a comfortable atmosphere. This was a little off putting. Our first night here was a disaster. To begin the shower would not get hot whatsoever. I called the customer service number listed on google, and they sent someone within five minutes. This was good. However, the maintenance guy could not fix the problem. The customer service lady told us that there were no rooms available. When I went downstairs to tell them about the issues, they were able to get me another room which made no sense. This made the fir

The suite has a great space, comfortable and the location helps a lot for some conveniences. We just missed some basics info regarding how often they clean the room and replenish consumables, it could be stamped in the room for instance. Also they could offer an airfryer and more pans, as only 2 were available. In general, I would go back to this Hotel, as the positive points win.

The Point Hotel & Suites in Orlando was absolutely amazing! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and super comfortable, and the location is perfect for getting to everything in Orlando. The atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming, making it a great place to relax after long days out. A huge thank you to Yashika for making our stay even better. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her customer service made us feel valued and taken care of from start to finish. I would 100% recommend The Point Hotel & Suites to anyone visiting Orlando and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The double king beds was nice and the rooms were large. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The only downside is they don’t fix the beds or clean the bathrooms/ change towels unless you ask them and that would be every 4 days so you run out of clean towels fast. Loved how the door had three ways to lock it that made it feel safe.

I am currently staying at this hotel and this experience is unacceptable. Despite clearly requesting a quiet room away from elevators, I was placed directly next to one and in a room with a shared exterior door, resulting in constant noise and disruption. Rest is impossible. I was informed the hotel is at full capacity, leaving no opportunity to relocate, and I was given no reasonable solution or commitment to a refund so I could secure alternate accommodations. The room has an overpowering chemical odor that causes immediate headaches, and the thermostat provides no functional temperature control beyond on or off. Everything was documented via text and haven't received a phone call or a way to be refunded so that I can stay elsewhere. This stay does not meet basic hospitality standards.
