The Pearl Tatman House

My husband and I just returned from a weekend stay at the Pearl. We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and decided to go somewhere nice for the weekend. The Pearl was the perfect place to be! The house is nicely furnished with antiques and has all the “Victorian Charm” that reviews claim it has. We found the place to be clean and well kept. It was a nice place to return to after spending a day touring and shopping in the historic downtown area of Eureka Springs. The Jacuzzi room was a welcome place to work out tired muscles and feet!||||The owners, Bonnie and Richard, were very helpful as we made our plans and the local property manager, Doug, made check-in a breeze and gave us great advice about the house and places to visit and eat in Eureka Springs. ||||The Pearl Tatman Hous

The Pearl Tatman home is a comfortable, cozy, charming place to stay that is close enough to walk to Downtown Eureka Springs.

This was my 8th year in a row to stay 5 days & 4 nights in the beautiful & historic Pearl Tatman House in a Victorian haven called Eureka Springs, AR! I absolutely love this home. It is a true victorian home all to yourself, it is very clean, well kept, a full kitchen is you so desire, but you are within walking distance to many of the local restaurants. Some of my personal favorites are Local Flavor, Garden Bistro, Basin Park Balcony Bar & Restaurant, Ermilio's, Thai's House, & Chelsea's Pizza! The Pearl has 3 bedrooms that are very comfortable, 2 restrooms, 1 full & 1 is a 1/2, a Jacuzzi that is in it's own house, & a laundry room too! There is a lovely landscaped yard to rest & entertain in with a Koi pond too! I grind my coffee beans & watch the sunrise from the 2nd floor balcony

My husband and I, and another couple, stayed at the Pearl Tatman house on memorial weekend. It was a great, relaxing stay. The house is decorated in Victorian style. It is three bedrooms, and has very comfortable beds. There is a Jacuzzi and an outdoor and indoor restroom. The water pressure was exceptional, which surprised me for such an old house. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch talking. This was our first stay at the Pearl Tatman house, and we intend to go back another time. It was 600 for two nights, so we definitely are glad that we had another couple to split the cost with us. There is only street parking, but we didn't have any problems finding a spot, even though we brought two full sized trucks. The house was clean and spacious. It was a great weekend with good

We had a nice visit in Eureka Springs and a nice stay at the "Pearl". We did not get to enjoy the outside pond or patio as the pond lights were not working and ground too uneven to be outside after dark. The beds were comfy! House could use a little better cleaning,somewhat dusty. One caution I would suggest before renting this is the age group you are. It was a lot of steep steps for my Mother and Uncle and a little hard for us "younger" ones to get the luggage up the outside steps and then the inside steps and there are a few more steps to deal with if you use the jacuzzi tub in the outhouse. The lighting is dim to be more in the original era of the house but a little too dim in the bathrooms to put on makeup. Overall we did enjoy our stay but probably would not go this route again.I did
