Evening Shade Inn

Evening Shade was a delightful experience, we loved everything about it. The location is perfect, the cottage was so comfortable with an incredibly good bed and lovely linens. The breakfasts that were delivered to our door were delicious and hot! The cottage had everything we needed, coffee pot, fridge, wine glasses, and the very best part was the beautiful deck on the back of the house overlooking a beautiful valley filled with gorgeous fall colors. We have already booked our next stay there!

The Evening Shade cottages in Eureka Springs were absolutely perfect. Quiet, cozy, and genuinely welcoming. Shawn and Shira treat you like family from the moment you arrive — the kind of hosts who make you feel cared for, not just accommodated.||The cottages were warm and peaceful, and their breakfast is fabulous — homemade, thoughtful, and such a sweet start to the day.||If you want a relaxing getaway with hospitality that feels personal and sincere, Evening Shade is the place. One of the best inns I’ve ever stayed in! Shawn and Shira were fantastic hosts and we enjoyed just talking to them and they shared great recommendations. The room was spacious and cozy! The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious! Great place for a romantic getaway!

We loved Evening Shade Inn. The room was spacious & immaculately clean. The host was friendly and warm. Breakfast was very good & delivered to the room each morning at a time we requested. There was great attention to detail and the bed was comfortable. The room was actually like a suite with everything need provided for. My only negatives were that the curb appeal was lacking with weeds and overgrown plants and the ice machine was out of order the whole time. I world suggest putting small ice trays in the freezer on the small fridge to meet that need.

I cannot believe the spacious cottages! Calm and cozy, with Victorian touches and a very certain sense of Eureka; but clean and refreshingly uncluttered. Comfy, beautiful seating that can be moved to enjoy window and fireplace gazing. I came for a personal getaway and really enjoyed every amenity. The jetted tub, the incredibly comfortable bed I did not want to leave, having a fridge, microwave, and lovely china to dine on. The gas fireplace was so efficient and warm on a really cold night. The dappled light filtering throughout the room in the day, the serenity and the beautiful meandering grounds. I can see how this is THE peaceful and lovely stay in Eureka, in any season.
