Peabody House Historic Inn

We loved staying in this house on the hill just above the town. The room was outstanding; well decorated and everything we needed on our stay. The king size bed was comfortable, and the large tub was great to sit in, relax, read a book, which we did everyday, at least once. Our host, Tamara, was so sweet and made sure we had everything during our stay. The muffins and quiche were so good, which we enjoyed for breakfast each day. The bartender we met at the Basin Park Hotel Bar, actually told us how much he likes Tamara's muffins. Parking was easy and we were able to leave our car and walk down to the town and to dinner. It was not only a stay, we felt like we made a new friend and plan on staying in touch with her. We will certainly be back. :)

My wife and I stayed in the Cottage for one night this last weekend and it was great. The location can't be beat. Just a single long staircase to Main St. Tamara, the host was very accommodating. The Cottage was clean and very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The stairs are a little steep, which can be tough after a full day of hiking in town. The only disappointment, was that other reviews mentioned sweet treat left in the room. Aside from some snacks, there was nothing special. The jacuzzi was awesome, but when I turned on the jets, it blew all kinds of dirt and sand out of the jets. It was less than ideal. Breakfast was an assortment of store bought pastries, packaged granola and biscotti bars, a yogurt, fruit, granola parfait, coffee and juice. The seating areas were nice

The place was very well kept and looked beautiful. Loved the vibe, and the host was great. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff care about the guests and the place. The love for the place really shows.

The Peabody House Historic Inn in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, is a gem! Our Victorian-style room was stunning, spotless, and exceeded expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hearty breakfast offered healthy choices. Perfectly located, it’s steps from downtown’s attractions. Note: lots of stairs to rooms and around town, so mobility challenges may be an issue. Hands-down, this is the B&B to choose for an unforgettable stay!

I could not recommend the Peabody House more! We stayed in The Sapphire Suite. A magical room featuring blue and gold everywhere. Check-in was a breeze, as the instructions were sent via email in advance of the stay. The room was perfectly clean. There were a few small snacks and refreshments in our room when we arrived. The room was nice and cool, considering it was nearly 90 degrees outside. The jacuzzi tub worked perfectly and we really enjoyed using it. Breakfast was simple, but delicious! Freshly brewed coffee and orange juice, fresh fruit, muffins, and parfaits with granola. Our innkeeper also baked a delicious spinach and tomato quiche for breakfast on 2 of the mornings.
