The Palms of Treasure Island

Great place. Very up to date and great location across from the beach. The only issue was the heaters for the pool and hot tub weren't working part of our stay but they got it fixed.

Our family stayed at 310 Palms of Treasure Island from September 12 - 16, 2025.Be very careful staying in this unit. On the good side, the unit is on the third floor of the building and has a great view of the intercoastal waterway and the pool area. On the bad side, our 4 night vacation was disrupted terribly by a) hundreds of ants in the living room and kitchen area of the unit. We killed hundreds of ants the first three days in the unit. maintenance reacted quickly with a spray solution, but it did not completely solve the issue b) there was black mold on the kitchen and bathroom ceiling vents. Maintenance again reacted quickly in cleaning the outside of the vents, but you have to wonder what might be behind the vents in the duck system c) on our first night when trying to clean u

Perfect location for a family vacation! Publix next door, short walk across the street to the beach, pool, hot tub, fishing pier on the bay behind the condominium, nice landscaping and view off the back balconies. The Publix has everything you need for your vacation, a liqour store, and even a deli inside. My little boy loved watching the fisherman, the boats, and the wildlife in the bay. We seen dolphins! How cools is that! There is a sloppy joes just less than a block down on the beach, & their drinks at the beach bar are amazing. The prices were reasonable for the drinks. The only thing to watch out for is the homeless. There was never an attendant in the lobby, there are codes to enter the lobby, and I can understand why! Would rate in the negatives. This place is ran down and we felt unsafe from day after stepping off the elevator. Looked nothing like the pictures when booking. Cardboard on the windows and worst of all BED BUGS with management that stated “doctors will tell you anything because you pay them”. We seeked medical attention and were told from two different medical professionals the bites on our bodies were from bed bugs. We did not have them before staying here and we left early and took extreme precautions and wouldnt you know the bites stopped appearing. We were also told they were going to hire professionals the night we checked out to take care of the concerns but were told the next day management looked into it and found no traces so professionals would not be hired. Stay Away !!! It's a low class hotel needing major construction renovations.Unit was clean and well equipped but the constant noise from all the construction, all day, every day starting at 8 AM was a nightmare. Building is old and rundown. Grounds are a total mess with construction debris all over the place. Landscaping is non-existent. The acoustics inside the building are terrible. Guests walking in the hall sound like they are inside your unit. No security at all except for a code to enter the building which doesn't change. The one elevator for the building is antiquated and breaks down on a regular basis if door is held open for any reason. In all my years of travel (I am 72), this is by far the worst place I have stayed at for the price. This is definitely a 1 star hotel in a 5
