Sea Chest Motel

We stayed at Sea Chest treasure Island Florida this August and had some issues. First off there was a large Palmetto bug and found several small roaches the next morning. ||I had killed the bugs with paper towels, and showed the dead bugs to the clerk . ||We were told by the front desk clerk that the problem with the bugs was because of the construction tearing down a building next-door. The other issue was that one of the beds in our room was very hard. We asked if we could be moved to another room with a softer bed. We were told that there were no rooms available for at least two days due to work being done. ||We were told that we would be able to get a refund as the front desk clerk talked with the owner before we left the Sea Chest that morning and provided us a receipt showing a refu

I will never go back to this place a n d i suggeat anyone with a medical condition avoid it like its on fire.My wife got very ill while there and though i myself cleaned the entire room and left tip before leaving the owner acused her of being a drunk she wqs rude with no empathy and besides the fact that my wife doesnt drinkthe fact she assumed that is ridiculous after i explained everything.now im 51 years old so i went to relax not party.i will never go back to this place ever.id rather sleep on the street.

Absolute best time!! Sea Chest is a place I look forward going to every year. The amenities are wonderful, pool is ALWAYS clean! Beautiful green grass and wonderful landscaping that is always well kept. Our room is always super clean and beds are always made during the day. Amazing access to the beach and I’m also able to play shuffle board!

We absolutely love this place! Found it last year when the place we were supposed to stay at was not very clean. Been back five times since we first stayed. It's always very clean and the owners are the best! Perfect for a weekend getaway with the wife or a two week vacation with the whole family.

We have been coming to this motel for years. Maria and her team treat you like family and it is unlike any other location on the beach. If you're looking for a nice spot for a family vacation with great beach access, this is it!
