The Painted Petal

Hello Maggie! I am writing to let you know how special the home , the Painted Petal, is. The attention to detail is amazing. It is kept beautifully clean and lovely. I am the Mom of my daughter, Beth, Chef and Owner of Local Mama Catering. We, my family and I, are so grateful that we were able to spend the evening as well as our overnight stay at the Painted Petal! Thank you for offering us the experience of being there. The Painted Petal is a little bit of heaven in a lovely part of PA. It has been very thoughtfully decorated, and I felt like I was transformed to a different time when life was simple and home was our sanctuary. Beds were super comfortable and details were beautifully appointed. It's a wonderful place for a wedding, a family reunion or a party. I highly recommend it!

I wish everyone could experience this exquisite home. It is like stepping back in time. We had an opportunity to stay during a very snowy weekend. Maggie was wonderful! She made sure that the property was plowed not only once after the first storm on Saturday but again on Sunday after the second storm. She stayed in communication but we had absolutely everything that we needed. The home is immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning. Thank you, Maggie! We highly recommend that you stay here to celebrate with loved ones.

What a beautiful place to stay! Every part of the Painted Petal is in great shape and a old home wonder with glass doorknobs and lovely woodworking elements. Highly recommend!

Our family celebration was a warm and wonderful experience. The bed & breakfast was extraordinary and full of victorian pieces. Would love to definitely come again.
