Lovely salad bar. Very good Friday fish fry. Excellent service. The BEST part was the gentleman play the accoustic guitar and singing. PLEASE have him back EVERY week! We'd come back just to hear him serenade us!!!

This is a Up North locals place. Really good food and atmosphere not chain style. The roast (cooked 8 hours) and eggs were excellent. Wife had omelette was real nice. Customers are Mostly locals who want excellent food and portions at a fair price. They get it here.

New Review...last few time we have eaten at this location it has not been what it used to be. Very large chunks of vegetables and meat in the omelette. Coffee was not what it used to be either. Very weak with no flavor. Service was down as well. Not sure what going on. Old Review...Great food and good service. What more can you say. We eat here every time I'm in Boulder Junction and most of the time more than one meal. Try the French toast it to die for.

Went for breakfast. Had all the usuals on the menu plus a wide variety from corned beef hash, walleye, stuffed french toast, and country fried steak. Food was great along with the service. Will be back Came back a year later, the food was just as good, although the credit card machine was out of order. Lucky we had a chack book

Great selection of rotating beers (gulden draak is one of them right now) always interesting food, not standard bar fare. Very reasonable prices for a more boutique gastropub which is extremely unique for this part of Wisconsin. The owners are around all the time and are very friendly and nice. We just did a wine and paint and it was a blast. Definitely a destination in this neck of the woods.
