Boulder Bear Motor Lodge

Great hotel for a snowmoble trip. Our club had 20 plus over a long weekend. Ample trailer parking. Gas across the street. Comfortable sitting area in the lobby. Very clean cozy rooms. Nice on site owners.

This was at least our 4th time staying here and it gets better every time. Sam and his family make us feel like we are staying with friends. We love the location (by the bike trail) and there are so many added perks that I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. This year we arrived to find a new addition of a deck overlooking the gorgeous yard plus a very nice speakeasy with very reasonably priced drinks and delicious food. We live 3 hours away so we do not get there as often as we would like, but we would never want to stay anywhere else as long as this family owns it.

As a family decades familiar with the Boulder Junction area, we recently stayed at the Boulder Bear Motor Lodge for the first time. What a lovely experience! The owners provide a level of personal service that is virtually unheard of these days. Highly recommended, particularly if you’re searching for a location with convenient access to snowmobile trails.

Beautiful family run supper clean, quiet, great amazing amenities motel! Plentiful safe parking for boats, snowmobiles, to E bikes, with new charging locations being installed! Cozy small wine & beer bar on site.breakfast bar in morning, location on trails, close to everything! Definitely great location away from crazy Minocqua but a close drive, the owners on site! Sam and family keep this place perfect! I AM really impressed, large comfy rooms all totally updated! Quiet cooling and heat systems, mini fridge in room, definitely look forward to our return early fall! Brad & Linda

We recently had a block of rooms for our mom's celebration of life. Sam, Junior, and Krishna were AMAZING - so helpful and they went out of their way to constantly ensure my family was well cared for. The property is meticulously clean (even though the bedrooms are a bit dated) and the lobby and outside gathering areas are great. The Lodge is walking distance to downtown Boulder Junction. I cannot recommend highly enough.
