The Oaks RV Resort

Breathtaking views, spacious lots, exceptionally clean and amazing hosts. I can’t say enough about this elegant and intimate rv resort!! Owners Mark and Terry were absolutely wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. Bathrooms were modern, clean and private. Huge dog park and dog wash area were a big plus. Highly recommend this spot as the drive in was also quite spectacular!! Will definitely return here when we’re back in the area.

This is the most wonderful campground we have ever stayed. It is quite, spacious, and the views are spectacular. The owners, Mark and his wife Terry, are the sweetest people you will ever meet. The towns around this location are great places to visit. They in include Floyd, Stuart, and Mt.Airy. This is the heart of Bluegrass music in Virginia. This is a fantastic rv campground - quiet, friendly and extremely well-kept. While each concrete site has a picnic table and fire pit, there's also a clubhouse with tables, fireplace and rockers overlooking a beautiful VA mountain view. The owners and host saw to any needs we might have and were very gracious. There's both back-in and pull thru sites, a pool, beautiful bath house with handicap access, laundry room, and an inside doggie bath station. This is the first full year of operations for the owners, but they didn't hold back at all. The campground isn't too large (about 60 sites, all concrete pads), beautifully landscaped and maintained, and quiet. This is where you want to come to relax, which is why we did! Very nice RV park. 5 star bathrooms with the toilet & shower & sink in each individual room. The owners & Host was very nice & we enjoyed talking to them several times. The dog park is really big and spacious. Awesome View on the hill. The pull through sites are very big and accommodate the truck & camper. Concrete pads at every site.

What an AMAZING place! The views are stunning, the campground is immaculate, including the bathhouse. The bathhouse has individual rooms with their own toilet and shower, making it the nicest bathhouse we’ve seen at a campground yet! The sites are long and can accommodate the big rigs, though they aren’t super wide. They have a heated pool, which allowed our daughter to swim in the mountains in October 😳! They also have a couple of trails with a large fenced in dog park area as well as a dog wash station! The owner/operator family is super friendly, accommodating, and down to earth. You can tell they care deeply about the campground and the people that visit it. We will certainly book again! Thank you for a wonderful bday weekend at The Oaks RV Resort. 😊
