Blue Ridge Mountain Inn (formerly Blue Ridge Motel)

Hubby and I had a long ride down Blue Ridge Parkway and looking for a place to stop for the night. We found this cute and quiet motel right off of the parkway in the quaint town of Meadows of Dan, VA. Rooms had a nostalgic feel. Very clean, comfy and quiet. The gentleman that checked us in welcomed us with a smile. We went to ask for ice and the gentlemen went out is his way to get us some. That was very much appreciated. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

While rated pretty well, it actually is not that nice a venue. Yes, the rooms were clean, but they were very dated. The lighting was poor and service was spotty. I was not given the WiFi password and had to track down the manager to get it. He wrote it on a piece of paper. He did not tell me how to check out and since the office was locked, I left the key in the room and locked the door on the way out.||Many reviews discussed the nice views from the motel. Not when we were there. The motel is totally surrounded by trees, offering zero views of the mountains and countryside.||Another problem with this motel has northing to do with the motel itself, but there is no other place to discuss it: Meadows of Dan has nowhere to eat in the morning or after 4 p.m. We had to drive 11 miles to

The Blue Ridge Motel is our favorite stop in the Spring and the Fall. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The personnel are great to work with. Any problem is taken care of immediately. We just got home last night and as my husband described our time there, "it was chill." That's a top 5 rating from him!!

Clean room, great water pressure in shower. Sink drain was a little slow. Nice man Ken got us ice! I would definitely stay again

The motel is in a beautiful area, Meadows of Dan, and the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway. The proprietor is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.
