The Oaks of Magnolia

I have had the pleasure of living in the Oaks of Magnolia RV Park for the last two years. It is with sadness I must leave for medical reasons. The manager, Monica Peters, has gone well above all standards of excellence to ensure EVERY resident has everything they need to enjoy the quiet neighborhood we share. The duties of being a Park manager are demanding enough, but she still finds time to help every resident she can. The facilities are alway in good working order, and it is such a peaceful place. Benches placed throughout the park (my favorite), friendly folks everywhere, and local to big city with just a short drive. I very much recommend this place with all my heart. Come and learn what it feels like to find peace.

Absolutely beautiful RV park! All black and white, very stylish!

This RV Park is not just an RV its a place that made life for my mother very happy content. The owners are the best and the people that live here are just the kindest people in the world and they look out for each other like family. I feel so comfortable that my mothers has such a great place to call home.

Magnolia Oaks RV Park is not your regular RV Park. Like most RV Parks, we have people that come and stay for a month or two who have come to the area for work or to visit family who live nearby. Most people who live here consider this their home, be it seasonal or more permanent. I myself have lived here for about 6 years and plan on staying for many years to come. The two people who own this place, Bill and Gwen Watson are some of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. The residents who call this home range in age from 30 to those in their "Golden Years" and most just as friendly a folk as you'd ever want to meet. This place is clean and well maintained, within walking distance of a grocery, plenty of eating establishments, car repair, and more. There are plenty of places for all type
