Butera RV Park

It's a wonderful RV park! We are full-timers and have lived here for about a year and a half. We've been very happy here. We had looked at some other parks before moving here, but they seemed loud and didn't feel homey. This one just felt right, and we like how it's kind of out of the way on Butera Road. There are woods behind the property and a trail where I can walk every day which is a huge benefit to me. There are also laundry facilities on site. The owners are really friendly and are just lovely people! They go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy. They just installed coded gates which are great security upgrades, plus they are paving the driveways. These improvements are making an already nice park look even better. We love Butera RV Park! We are very happy here. We researched other parks in the area before moving here. But found Butera RV Park to be more to our liking, secure, private and quiet. Feels like home. There are woods behind the property with plenty of deer and wildlife to enjoy. And some wonderful improvements underway. There are also laundry facilities on site. The owners are fabulous people! They go above and beyond. Newly installed coded gates. And newly paved driveways are going to look great with the street lights. These improvements are making an already nice park look even better. This is Magnolia's best-kept secret. If you want a quiet, drama-free environment with a great rent price, this is it!

We had an excellent stay at this RV park. The sites were clean, level, and easy to access, with full hookups that worked perfectly. The park was quiet and well maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept. We also liked the location—it was close to stores, restaurants, and the highway, but still peaceful and safe at night. Overall, this is a great place for short stays or long-term living. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.

David was so nice and helpful! All the sites have a concrete pad. We had a picnic table. The laundry room was free. The entire park is fenced in with gated access. Very country feel but so close to the city. We will certainly stay here again!

This is the best kept secret in Magnolia Texas. A beautiful , relaxing and safe RV Park. All concrete sites and a gated park. Very friendly staff who always wants to help you in any way.Youll enjoy the free laundry facilities and free Wi Fi along with clean showers and pristine environment.
