I've lived here long-term, and it’s been great! The park is always clean and well-kept, and the manager is super personable and helpful. It’s a safe, quiet place with a great community. Highly recommend!

550. 50 dollar deposit. Electric included in rate. Rate allows for 30 dollars in power usage. No showers or toilets on site. Owner hung up on me. Threatened to report my review to Google as fraud after my phone experience. Didn't like my review. Called me fraud. Its harassment. I had to tell him outright not to contact me again for hanging up on me and name calling. Had to block his number and told him I would report further contact as harassment. You earned this rating with your unprofessional conduct. I marked you as average because I had a bad experience with your follow-up texts which is better than you deserve. The owner or manager of this business replied to me stating a lie. I was never kicked out of an RV park. I left because of a manager unplugged my power causing my food to go ba

I lived in the Rv Park for a while and it was extremely comfortable, its closed to freeways and the manager is really nice. Overall it was a great experience!

Love living here we only pay 750 a month and as soon as you pay the deposit you can move in the same day it's amazing nice neighbor and pet friendly just make sure you keep your dog on the leash and pick up poop but amazing place and nice manager
