THE OAKS AT ZEPHYRHILLS

Found this little Gem on my way to look at a local RV Park. So glad I stopped here. Robin, the manager, is such an amazing person. So kind, attentive and already made me feel like family. Looking forward to moving my Park Model home to my forever home here at The Oaks. Lots are spacious, some shaded. Small, quaint, clean, privately owned Park.

What an amazing place to be! Great community, great people and fantastic owners! Robin is always great and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for short or long term stay!

Wonderful small community very family oriented, pool, club house, shuffle board, mangers live on complex. Everyone is friendly, no drama or drunks. Staying here till the good lord calls me home

I have just moved in, Mrs. D was very helpful and informative. She provided me with everything I needed to know to set up everything I need to move in. It's a quiet place from the little bit of time I've spent there which is perfect. It's not over priced and the lots are well maintained. The neighbors seem to look out for each other. Update: the park isn't being well maintained the trees are over grown, the lawn maintenance is lazy, the drainage during heavy rain is poor due to improper lawn maintenance. the pool looks green and reports of causing skin rash. The deck is falling apart and has holes in it, with cracked boards and community area is UNSAFE and Dangerous. The common areas are Locked during hours they aren't supposed to be. Great people, quiet adult setting people. Very nice park and the Old oak trees make great shade. The manager, Will and his wife are wonderfully helpful, welcoming and interesting to talk with. Well defiantly come back someday.
