Our Waters Edge maintenance man, Chase Keeps our park clean and well maintained. The buildings are pressure washed/painted regularly, Our streets are boldly numbered with Our lot numbers, The fence surrounding the entire park is kept clean. Our pool area, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe court, holy washer area, and outdoor patios are well maintained

Clean restrooms, spotty wi-fi, good groundskeeping, versatile clubhouse. Less than half of the park has shade trees because they cut down most of them. Pond with wild ducks and other water birds but we are told to not feed them..?? |Guests who want to recycle their metals and cardboard are told that Sun Outdoor's official policy is that they do not support recycling so we are on our own because they want to avoid 'liability' at all costs. Sun will not take an official stance on the abuse or mutilation of local wildlife but they welcome dogs. Not a nature friendly place. Management will not allow residents to use their solid clubhouse as shelter during a hurricane, it gets locked up. |Some transient lots, some full timers and some seasonal Canadians. This is the worst place I have ever been. We were thinking about getting a spot here. We were invited to come to the monthly meeting that they have. Upon going to the monthly meeting they have we witnessed the manager Heather abusing the elderly treating them like they were 2 years old she threatened to shoot one of them with a gun from an officer that was in the building she asked the officer in the building if he had a gun after her point was not being made. One lady stood up and asked a question the manager Heather called her a bully and told her that she just wanted things her way. The manager Heather also threatened to have people evicted if they didn't do exactly what she wanted them to do. Just moved to waters edge and absolutely love it here. This place is well maintained and offer alot of amenities. Sherry at the office was terrific and a real pleasure to deal with. A real special thanks to chase the maintenance man for pressure washing my pad and yard work he did before I moved in. Thank you both very much

It's an RV park. Very clean and has a clean bathhouse. Very friendly people. Went to visit a friend that was staying there.
